China Announcement:

Pasco, Washington (2012/1/28): Green Power Inc is proud to announce that we have signed agreement with China ZZGX Group to setup a joint-venture company in China (temporarily named as Green Power [China] Corporation, or “JV Company”) to take charge of the patented CDP Waste-to-Fuel plants in Greater China region (including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau). Beside our Headquarter in Pasco, Washington, USA, we will build another Global Center in China to support the promotion of CDP operation in the other countries and regions including the Greater China Region on the East Hemisphere. China ZZGX is the GPI’s global sole CDP technology partner. The China JV Company is responsible to setup two manufacturing facilities: one CDP equipment plant, and one CDP catalyst plant. These two plants will provide the CDP equipment manufacturing, supply, and technical support, catalyst manufacturing and supply, for the East Hemisphere regions.

帕斯科，华盛顿（2012/1/28）：绿能保尔很高兴地宣布我们已经跟中国洋浦中资国信公司签署协议，将在中国建立一个合资公司（名称暂时定为绿能保尔（中国）公司）来推动我们有专利的 CDP垃圾转燃料工厂在大中华地区（包括中国、香港、台湾、澳门）的市场。除在美国华盛顿州帕斯科的总部外，我们将在中国建立另一个全球中心来支持在东半球范围内包括大中华地区外的其他国家和地区的 CDP推广运营。中资国信是绿能保尔在全球唯一的CDP技术合作伙伴。中国合资公司负责建设两个工厂：一个是CDP设备厂，一个是CDP催化剂厂。这两个工厂将为东半球范围的区域提供CDP的设备生产，供给，和技术维护支持，催化剂的生产和供应等。
